1 General Provisions

dbt66 is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between dbt66 and its users. By accessing, browsing, or using this website or any part of it, you agree to comply with all the terms below.

These terms are written in Bengali. In case of any conflict in translation or interpretation, the original Bengali text will prevail. dbt66 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. If a user continues to use the platform after any changes, that will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

All services, games, bonuses, and promotions available on this platform are governed by these terms. Specific games or promotions may have separate rules, which will be stated in the relevant section and will apply together with these general terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To create and use an account on dbt66, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• You must have a valid and active bank account or mobile banking account in your own name.
• You must be a legally competent individual with the capacity to enter into a contract on your own behalf.
• You must not have had a previous dbt66 account that was closed or banned.
• You agree to provide truthful and accurate information.

dbt66 may request documents for identity verification at any time. The platform reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals or other services until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, phone number, email address — must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

3.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. Allowing a third party to use your account without your authorisation is not permitted. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately.

3.3 Updating Information

If there are any changes to your contact or payment-related information, update your account immediately. If any service is delayed due to outdated information, the responsibility lies with the user.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

dbt66 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method. The maximum deposit limit depends on the selected method and account level.

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This timeframe may be extended during identity verification or security review.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on this platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any foreign currency are not supported.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,000. To receive this bonus, a deposit must be made within a specified time after account creation.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, the specified wagering requirements must be met. Before the bonus terms are fulfilled, only the deposited amount may be withdrawn, but in that case the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be forfeited.

• A user cannot receive the welcome bonus more than once.
• dbt66 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse of bonus benefits is suspected.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Any bonus offer may be valid for a specified period only.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Policy

Once a bet or game has started, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless required due to a technical error on the platform. All decisions related to betting and gaming are final.

6.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, results are determined based on the official score or outcome of the relevant match. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded. Cricket betting (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, and kabaddi betting available on dbt66 each have their own separate rules per market.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game results are entirely impartial and cannot be predetermined. dbt66 follows a Fair Play policy.

6.4 Technical Errors

If a game or bet is interrupted due to server issues, internet disconnection, or other technical reasons, dbt66 will attempt to cancel that incomplete round and refund the stake. However, dbt66 reserves the right to make the final decision in cases of technical errors.

7 User Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the dbt66 platform:

• Any attempt to breach the platform's security systems or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Any form of fraudulent activity, collusion, use of bots, or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to claim bonuses or benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Harassing, intimidating, or misleading other users.
• Attempting to avoid account verification by providing false or misleading information.
• Using third-party payment methods or accounts.

If any of the above violations are proven, dbt66 reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit all deposited funds.

11 Limitation of Liability

dbt66 is not responsible for the following:

• User's internet disconnection or device-related issues.
• Errors or delays by third-party payment processors.
• Losses resulting from a user's own negligence or failure to comply with the terms.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

This platform provides services on an "as is" basis. dbt66 makes every effort to maintain a safe and reliable platform, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

12 Changes to Terms
